False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are offered at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a three-year period.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Prerequisites
These programs begin at NCV level 2 as well as the bare minimum prerequisite would then be Grade nine certificate with a pass in Arithmetic.
At the time the student finishes NCVLevel two, they would then have attained a grade 10 certificate. NCV Level three would be grade eleven and NCV Level four is grade 12.
NCV Level 4 is at the exit level, being equivalent to a Nationwide Senior Certificate (NSC).
Grade nine is on NQF level 1. Our NCV programmes start NCV stage two that is equivalent to an NQF level two.
On which type of scholars are fitted to these programmes, they say that the world is acknowledging that standard education isn't automatically the only means of turning into an artisan or becoming certified therefore if a student knows from an early age what their interests are, the NCV programme is definitely properly suited to that student.
